I worked for over 30yrs doing pyrotechnics and special effects for the theme park, movie and rock & roll and entertainment industries. I lived in Las Vegas to work my retirement job, but now it is time to relax and go fishing with my grand dog and now, my brand-new granddaughter. I was married for 15yrs and have been divorced for 25yrs. I have one daughter who is in her 30’s and lives in Texas. I'm currently retired from working as an engineer operating a famous fire show on the Las Vegas Strip. Although I feel I could have done that job forever, my daughter says it's time for me to retire and have a life. I think she is right, but I don't want to go it alone. I want to be able to share the rest of my life with the woman that I will love forever, a big ol' dog that I can take fishing, and a house at the lake so either one of us will not need to travel too far away from my beautiful lady. Unless of course she wants to go fishing too. So, I left Las Vegas and came Texas. I have my house, now I just need to find the woman that I will spend the rest of my life with. We can choose a dog together and start our own happy family. I don't watch TV but I do like watching movies. Music takes up 80% of my day. There is always music on somewhere in the house. I like jazz, blues, bluegrass, new age, rock & roll and classical. I have been collecting hi-fi audio gear almost as long as I have been restoring and building old cars and hot rods. I like building and flying model airplanes and I also build my own computers. Bbq, cooking and baking breads, pies and treats are also some of my favorite things to do. Fall is one of my favorite times of year. I love riding the motorcycle down the back roads and enjoying the views. I try to keep myself busy but sometimes building a fire in the fire pit at night and watching the stars, is just enough for a day's effort. If it's cold outside, I move the fire indoors to the fireplace where I can enjoy it there. The Ice Hotel in Sweden to watch the northern lights and learning how to salsa dance is definitely on the bucket list. I have many things I would like to do, but it sure would be more fun doing things with someone. I am not perfect, and I am not trying to find someone who is perfect. I am just trying to find the woman that is perfect for me. I have my flaws just like everyone else, but I am honest, sincere and will love the woman who chooses to love me, without conditions and with all of my heart until the end of time.
